Overview
The Meridian Outdoor Facility Renovation includes the installation of synthetic turf, resurfacing of the track, construction of a new storage facility and entrance, as well as the remodeling of the current team room to public restrooms.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Naming Rights
Stadium
- Total cost is $150,000
- Sponsor would have exclusive naming rights to the entire facility.
- Sign with sponsor name would be placed above new entrance to stadium.
- 10 year commitment. Payment could be made upfront, or installments over the 10 year period.
- Recognition as official sponsor on Meridian Public Schools athletic website.
- Sponsor will received (4) passes to all Meridian events for duration of the sponsorship.
Team / Storage Facility (SOLD)
- Total cost is $10,000
- Sponsor would have exclusive naming rights to the new team/storage building which will be locate behind the football bleachers.
- Sign with sponsor logo would be placed at agreed upon location.
- 10 year commitment. Sponsor can pay upfront, or installments over this period of time.
Additional Opportunities
Sponsor Logo on New Turf Field (SOLD!)
- Total cost is $50,000.
- A total of two spots available for purchase.
- 10 year commitment. Payment can be made upfront or in installments over this period of time.
- Sponsor/company logo will be embedded on football field surface at the 25 yard line. Logo will be 20'x20' and face the stadium bleachers.
- Logo dimensions and design will be discussed with MERPS.
- Includes (2) passes to Meridian Athletic events.
Sponsor Logo on Track Surface
- Total cost is $50,000.
- One sponsorship opportunity for the newly renovated Meridian track surface.
-10 year commitment. Payment can be made upfront, or in installments over this period of time.
- Sponsor/company logo will be embedded on track surface, centered with the bleachers.
- Logo dimensions and design will be discussed with MERPS. - Includes (2) passes for all Meridian Athletic events.
Concession / Restroom Building (SOLD)
- Total cost is $20,000
- Two sponsorship opportunities for the exterior of the concession stand building. As part of this project, the current team room house in this building will be converted to public restrooms.
-Sponsors logo will be placed on a 4'x8' aluminum panel, and affixed to this building.
- 10 year commitment. Payment can be made upfront, or by installments over this period of time.
Pressbox
- Total cost is $15,000.
- One sponsor opportunity for advertising on the top of the facility pressbox.
- 10 year commitment. Payment can be made upfront, or by installments over this period of time.
Scoreboard Advertising (SOLD!)
- Total cost is $10,000 per advertisement.
- A total of five spaces for advertising are available on the football scoreboard.
- 10 year commitment per space. Payment can be made upfront, or by installments over this period of time.
Sign Advertising
- Total cost is $5000 per sign.
- Unlimited availability for this opportunity.
- 10 year commitment. Payment can be made upfront or by installments over this period of time.
- A 4'x8' aluminum sign with sponsor logo will be affixed to fencing around the football field and track.
- Location based on a first come, first served basis.
